CRM SkyDialer for GoldMine ®

Now you can link internet calls using Skype® through a familiar interface that is connected to GoldMine ® and allows you to log your calls, schedule follow-ups, conference call, do free hand dialing, with all your contacts. We have put our 18 years as a GoldMine® reseller and consultant to add the features that make this product an excellent add-on to make sure your calls recorded and scheduled for follow-up.

What Does It Do

CRM SkyDialer is an application interface that reads your contact information directly from the GoldMine® database. The link application is designed to be used from a single user or network install. CRMSkyDialer is not meant to replace the scheduling of calls but rather to aid you in using our link to Skype to complete your calls and automatically pop a competition screen (similar to goldmine) and allow you to schedule a follow-up call if needed to keep your call contact history up to date. It also provides conference calling capabilities from the Pending Tab or the Contact search Tab. Callers can be removed from the call and then re-added in the Conference Tab.

• Our Link Works with GoldMine Corporate Edition v.6.7 and higher w/MSSQL or GoldMine Premium Edition v.8.01 and higher w/MSSQL.
• Can be free floating or embedded on GoldMine interface
• The search interface has 4 Tabs the "Contacts" tab enables calls on the fly that queries your GoldMine database by name, last name, company, key fields, City, State, Zip and Phone 1. A right click on the contact lets you call by Phone 1,2,3 or Skype ID*, or add contact to a conference call.
• The "Pending" tab is provided to show your existing scheduled calls right click on the contact lets you call by Phone 1,2,3 , or add contact to a conference call.
• The "Dial Pad" supports free hand dialing much the same as Skype dial pad.
• A "Conference" tab handles calling capabilities between different contacts and has the ability to add callers, drop callers, and recall dropped callers.
• Skype ® with a call plan and a Skype ® number will give you a Caller ID lookup capability matched to the phone number, or Skype ID* in your GoldMine.
