What is CRM SkyDialer

AAI (Acts Automation Inc.) developed CRM SkyDialer to fill a void between CRM products and Skype®. When Skype® was brought onboard here at our office to cut telephone costs (more lines, long distance charges etc...) it worked great but violated the mandate to enter and track calls in our CRM product. Taking it a few steps farther we realized that we wanted a link to scheduled calls, conference calling and familiar pop up completion and follow-up screens we used in our CRM. That's how CRM SkyDialer evolved to the product it is today. Depending on CRM product functionality GoldMine CRM and SugarCRM features may differ, menus may contain different or expanded options. Check the menu to the left and choose your CRM for detailed descriptions.

How Does It Work

CRM SkyDialer is a separate application that is linked between your CRM product and Skype which handles the call through the internet.

A "Contacts" tab enables calls on the fly that queries your CRM by name, company etc...

A "Pending" tab is provided that shows your existing scheduled calls.

A "Dial Pad" supports free hand dialing much the same as Skype dial pad

A "Conference" tab handles calling capabilities between different contacts and has the ability to add callers, drop callers, and recall dropped callers.

What do I need to make it work:

Internet Connection - Plus enough bandwidth to support the Skype® product.

Skype® - We suggest you get the Pro yearly subscription to take advantage of all the features.

A CRM product that is supported by one of our products.
